"I felt I should write and congratulate you on completion of our first years arrangement whereby your ambulances cover the National Hunt meetings at Kelso. We have just had a Jockey Club inspection and been granted a Grade A rating which means things couldn’t be improved. Your vehicles and staff have been exemplary. I look forward to working with you for many seasons to come."

New JRCALC Guidelines

The Joint Royal College Ambulance Liaison Committee has released their eagerly awaited 2006 Guidelines. These are the guidelines to which our Paramedics practice; they are also the management guidelines to which we train our staff with regard to patient treatment. We are now reviewing the changes within JRCALC and will be updating all staff to new procedures early in 2007.

We are delighted to report that we have successfully updated around 85% of our current staff to the new resuscitation guidelines.
